What is fresh perspective?

The Fresh Perspective program is designed to support individuals in developing a new belief system rooted in emotional mindfulness, self-compassion, and an improved relationship with food and their body. The program emphasizes reconnection with one's feelings and needs rather than perfection.

Fresh Perspective is a therapeutic coaching & accountability program designed to provide foundational knowledge of therapeutic principles to help develop a Recovery mindset and lifestyle.

Therapy can often be overwhelming in it's original nature.

Fresh Perspective slows it down and makes it more bite-sized. 

This hybrid group therapy brings information and perspective of therapy PLUS the accountability of coaching to apply change in our lives, right to the comfort of your own space. The program can work to treat issues stemming from addiction, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, ADHD, depression, and how those things intersect with our relationship with food. emotional regulation, mindfulness, somatic healing,


It is designed to be an additional source of accountability for someone on their therapy journey, working on self-development and healing, or even continuing education for providers.

Program Structure and Methodology

Course Flow: Participants progress through 15 core sessions at their own pace, completing one to three sessions per week. Each session requires a completed reflection evaluation to unlock the subsequent session.

Therapeutic Integration: The curriculum utilizes approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and the principles of intuitive eating.

Initial Consultation: Following the initial consultation, participants will receive a summary detailing their goals, intentions, and the framework for their journey.
