Does your relationship with food need a Fresh Perspective?
FRESH PERSPECTIVE PROGRAM
What is fresh perspective?
Fresh Perspective is designed to provide foundational knowledge of therapeutic principles to help develop a recovery mindset and lifestyle. It addresses issues such as addiction, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, focusing particularly on our relationship with food.
It is designed to be an open and ongoing safe space in women’s journey to healing. Each woman we invite will be dealing with their own “stuff” and have committed to addressing their unhealthy relationship with food and recovering their mental health.
community
The Fresh Perspective community is a vibrant, supportive space where individuals come together to explore personal growth, mental wellness, and self-discovery. Beyond weekly sessions and group therapy, our community fosters connection, accountability, and shared learning. We celebrate progress, provide encouragement, and offer resources to help each member navigate their unique journey towards holistic well-being. Join us to experience the strength of collective healing and the power of fresh perspectives.
Participants become part of a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. This network provides continuous support, inspiration, and opportunities for collaboration.

MORE ABOUT FRESH PERSPECTIVE
This series of Fresh Perspectives includes an adjusted curriculum with over 12+ weeks of valuable material! We’ve made it more digestible and have partnered with nutrition specialists, physical trainers, and other holistic healthcare professionals to provide support along your journey.
This group is female only.
The number of participants may not be the same for each group and new participants are likely to join throughout the group's progression. This is an ongoing psychoeducational support and accountability community that we are building.
This group uses principles from the Intuitive Eating book; however, getting the book is not required. Worksheets and tables can be provided if you do not wish to purchase the book.
The group time is split into two parts, main topic presentation (first half, approximately 45 minutes) and processing/discussion (remaining time). There will be a 5-minute break in between.
The sessions will be recorded, primarily for the main topic presentation. The process group section will be recorded for administrative purposes only.
Note taking is HIGHLY encouraged. The recording of the material presentation will be provided for continued review on your own time.
Individual sessions with Sara (or other coaches) are available upon request and billed separately
