"I spent years helping people find their voice while I was still trying to find my own posture."

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I was trained to be a mirror—to reflect, to hold space, and to stay neutral. But I realized that neutrality wasn’t helping my clients win; it was just helping them cope. I had to stop being a mirror and start being a model.

RightSizing isn’t about a number on a garment or scale; it’s about the optimization of the human experience. It’s about clearing the emotional bias that keeps us slouching in rooms where we were meant to stand tall, hiding in our fears rather than speaking our truth. Whether I am navigating a complex clinical trauma case or walking a runway as a plus-size model, the goal is the same: To take the driver's seat with intention.

I don't just teach boundaries; I’ve practiced them with my own recovery. I don’t just talk about body neutrality; I live it in an industry designed to critique it. I am a Compassionate Disruptor, here to challenge the 'holy grails' of clinical work and replace them with something more honest: Provider Health. Because you cannot lead someone to a place of courage if you are still hiding from your own.

Often people come to therapy seeking advice or a solution to a problem. That is what will feel better, right?

As a Therapist, we do not give advice. So what do we do in therapy? Something even better…

We help people ALIGN & Act on their Purpose.

People get ”stuck” in life which causes misalignment with their purpose. Like a chiropractor aligns your spine, I (re)align people with themselves.

Recovery from mental health challenges and substance use requires a shift in our perspective and our systems. We must pivot from operating out of survival mode into a long-term, sustainable system of living. Using harm reduction approaches, we will work together to inventory your needs and utilize your strengths to optimize your effectiveness in overcoming your adverse experiences.

The goal for my clients or those who desire to adopt it: strive for a preventative wellness and recovery-based lifestyle.

Who do I work with? I take on new clients who are committed to doing the work. I only ask that you have an openness and willingness to dedicate the time to taking care of yourself. and connecting with those who depend on you.

What aspects of mental health do I treat?

What is at the crux of ALL diagnoses is codependency.

I work with clients on troubles such as ADD, anxiety, depression, mood issues, and binge eating, to name a few. I teach my clients how to build a lifestyle that accommodates their mental and emotional challenges rather than be oppressed by them. I have worked with all diagnoses and will teach you how to incorporate the therapeutic skills needed to recover your life.

My primary program in working with clients is developing an understanding of themselves through their relationship with food. Check out the Fresh Perspective program if you’re interested in joining my virtual therapeutic coaching program on developing a relationship with yourself by quieting the internal noise and reclaiming your relationship with food.

I reserve individual therapy spots for supervision and work with professional providers who need to do their own internal work while they’re supporting others. If you would like to book a consultation: Try it and find out for yourself.
